This is your gateway to discovering how connection, visibility, and community can shape a more inclusive future for women in Artificial Intelligence.
Our Networking Guide, is a hands-on resource for anyone who wants to bring girls and women closer to the world of AI.
It shows how even a short, informal conversation, a coffee chat, an online meet-and-greet, or a school visit, can build confidence, spark curiosity, and help girls see that there is a place for them in tech.
Whether you’re a youth worker, teacher, or mentor, the guide gives you everything you need to plan and host sessions that open doors, build belonging, and encourage young women to imagine their future in AI.

The guide inspired us to go one step further.
When educators started planning networking sessions, they told us their biggest challenge was finding women working in AI who could take part. That’s where the idea for the HeadStart Directory of Women in AI came from.
The directory brings the guide to life, turning its advice into real opportunities for connection.
It helps youth groups and schools easily reach out to women professionals, while giving those women a simple way to share their stories and inspire others.
Together, the guide and directory create a bridge between education and the AI industry, making networking practical, personal, and impactful.
We’re building a European directory of women professionals in AI — a space that celebrates the diversity of women in tech and helps others see what’s possible.
